Program Name: FindMyFundraiser Campaign Alerts
This messaging program operates in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable FCC regulations.
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Fundraiser Platform, you agree to the following terms:
1. Message Purpose
You will receive SMS messages related to fundraising campaigns you are participating in or have been invited to support. Messages may include campaign information, donation links, fundraising updates, and account notifications.
2. Consent
By providing your phone number through our platform, signing up for a campaign, or being added as a contact by a campaign participant, you consent to receive text messages. Campaign participants manually enter contact phone numbers of people they personally know. Campaign participants are responsible for only sharing the phone numbers of people they personally know and have a reasonable basis to believe would welcome receiving campaign information. The initial message to each contact identifies who shared their number and includes immediate opt-out instructions. Msg & data rates may apply.
3. Message Frequency
These are recurring messages. Message frequency varies based on campaign activity. You may receive 1-5 messages per campaign. You will not receive more than 10 messages per month from our platform. Messages are sent from a 10-digit local phone number.
4. Opt-Out
You can opt out at any time by:
- Replying STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, or QUIT to any message you receive
- Visiting https://www.findmyfundraiser.com/sms-optout
- Contacting us at support@findmyfundraiser.com
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages.
5. Opt-In
You can opt back in at any time by:
- Replying START, YES, or UNSTOP to our number
- Visiting https://www.findmyfundraiser.com/sms-optin
- Signing up for a new campaign
6. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details. We do not charge for receiving SMS messages.
7. Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is only used to deliver campaign-related messages. See our full Privacy Policy.
8. Help
For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@findmyfundraiser.com.
9. Carriers
Compatible with all major US carriers including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
